A huge thank you to Ian and Mariola for all of their hard work and support over the past six years! They helped me through my work sponsorship visa and, ultimately, my permanent residency — and I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful. Throughout the entire process, they were always so knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, incredibly receptive to my many calls and emails! They were always patient, responsive and lovely to deal with, even through what was a very long journey. I’m so grateful to have had them in my corner and would wholeheartedly recommend Ian and Mariola to anyone looking for migration assistance. I have already recommended them to others and will absolutely continue to do so. Thank you both again for everything — I’m officially a permanent resident!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Ian and Mariola have been the best migration agents we could have asked for. They were always incredibly helpful, patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. We worked with them on consultations, a 482 visa, an EOI for a skilled visa, and finally our 186 visa, which was approved today! We’re forever grateful for their support and highly recommend them! ❤️Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

Ian, Eileen and Mariola were most wonderful to deal with. Their guidance, knowledge and attention to detail through our PR journey made the world of difference. They kept us informed, answered all our questions and were so helpful with Bridging visas etc. that we required while we were waiting for our PR. I recommend this place and lovely ladies! I came to Mariola with questions about my 482 and the pathway to permanent residency, after a few other places had told me it wasn't something they handled. She answered all of it, clearly and directly, and didn't leave me guessing on anything. What I appreciated most was how straightforward she was. She told me what applied to my situation and what didn't, in plain language, and being able to speak Polish made a difficult subject much easier. I came away knowing exactly where I stand. Thank you, MariolaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Trustindex.
Recommendation Ian Singer was very responsive and answered all my questions very clearly. I highly recommend using their services if you have any questions regarding your visa!!
Occupation: Chef
Ranjeet Kumar, a young man from India, studied and completed Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management at one Sydney’s hospitality management institutes in June 2020. His course took him 2 years and 3 months to complete. He approached us to help with his 485 Graduate Visa application.
AustraliaMigrate advised him that a skill assessment as a chef with TRA was required. As he had not completed a degree level qualification he could not apply for the Post Study Work Stream. Fortunately, his occupation of chef was on the 485 list of occupations.
We assisted Ranjeet to apply for his Skills Assessment with TRA and he received a successful outcome. With a positive skill assessment, Ranjeet’s 485 application was lodged together with the other documents required at the lodgement stage, such as an English language test (IELTS or PTE). His visa was granted for 18 months which means he has time to build his work experience as a chef.
